These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CRE Retail Maps, a retail mapping software product operated from Phoenix, Arizona. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage or company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
The Service
CRE Retail Maps lets commercial real estate professionals create, save, and export retail property maps with brand logos, points of interest, annotations, and branded templates. We provide the software; you provide the content and any information you place on a map.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@creretailmaps.com of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
- Plans: Monthly ($39/mo) and Annual ($379/yr). Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from Settings. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period; it is not prorated.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe there has been a billing error, email support@creretailmaps.com.
- Price changes: Existing subscribers keep their current price until they cancel or materially change plans. New prices apply on renewal after a 30-day notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or database contents.
- Use the Service to misrepresent properties, brands, or tenancy in a fraudulent way.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates someone else's privacy.
- Abuse rate limits or attempt to compromise system security.
Brand Logos and Third-Party Content
Brand logos are provided through Logo.dev and Brandfetch CDNs and remain the property of their respective trademark owners. You may use logos within maps produced on the Service for legitimate commercial real estate marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable trademark law, including fair use and nominative use principles. We are not affiliated with and do not represent the brands whose logos are available through the Service.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the maps and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. You can delete your content at any time; deletion typically completes within 30 days across backups.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when practical. The Service may rely on third-party providers (Google Maps, Stripe, Supabase) whose outages can affect availability.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DEALS.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or at our reasonable discretion. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
