About CRE Retail Maps

Retail mapping software built for brokers

CRE Retail Maps started as a side project when we realized most commercial real estate brokers were still building retail maps in PowerPoint. There had to be a better way - something fast, affordable, and designed around the actual broker workflow.

Why we built it

If you have ever worked on a retail offering memorandum, you know the drill. Screenshot Google Maps. Search the web for each brand logo. Paste and resize each one in PowerPoint. Draw leader lines by hand. Realize the client wants different co-tenants highlighted. Redo everything.

The whole process takes 2 to 4 hours per listing. The tools that existed - Reblie, SitesUSA, the big GIS platforms - were either priced for enterprise buyers or required a training course to use. Independent brokers and mid-market firms were stuck with PowerPoint.

So we built CRE Retail Maps. Type an address and the map centers automatically. Type a brand name and drop its official logo on the map. Pick a category and auto-find every matching business nearby. Export a branded PDF in seconds. That's it.

We priced it at $39/month - less than half of what Reblie charges - because we wanted the tool to actually get used, not to sit in a procurement queue. Every broker should be able to afford professional marketing materials, whether they are at CBRE or running a one-person shop.

What we care about

Fast by default

Commercial real estate brokers do not have time to learn software. Every workflow in CRE Retail Maps is designed so you can go from address to exported PDF in under 10 minutes.

Built for the broker

We build features brokers actually ask for, not features that look good in a demo. Auto-find nearby businesses, drag-to-group, branded PDF templates - these all exist because brokers told us they wanted them.

Affordable enough to use

$39/month puts the tool in reach of independent brokers, not just teams at national firms. Half the price of Reblie. Pricing is the only moat we care about building.

Honest about what we do

We are a visual mapping tool. We are not Placer.ai, CoStar, or an alternative to LoopNet. Pair us with those tools for a complete CRE workflow. If you also need a full offering memorandum, brochure, or single-property website, our sister product CREBuilder handles that layer - we link to it rather than pretend we do everything.
