Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. You can sign up and start building maps immediately without a credit card. Maps built on the free tier include a small watermark; upgrade to remove the watermark and unlock full-resolution PDF and PNG export.
How does the pricing work?+
Two plans: Monthly at $39/month, or Annual at $379/year (averages about $32/month - roughly 19% savings). Both plans include the same features: unlimited maps, the full 1,000+ brand logo library, POI database, 8 map styles, all export formats, and cancel anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not currently support ACH, invoicing, or PayPal.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, at any time from the Settings page. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months. After cancellation you can still sign back in to your account to view or download previously exported maps.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?+
Yes. Upgrade from monthly to annual anytime for the 19% discount. If you downgrade from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period so you do not lose paid time.
Do you offer team or brokerage pricing?+
Not formal team pricing yet. If you need 5+ seats at one brokerage, email support@creretailmaps.com and we will work out per-seat discounts and centralized billing.
What happens if I hit a limit?+
There are no usage limits on paid plans. Unlimited maps, unlimited exports, unlimited auto-find nearby business searches. We only gate high-resolution exports and watermark-free downloads behind a paid plan.
Is my map data secure?+
Yes. Data is stored in a production Supabase project with TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and server-verified access control on every endpoint. Only you can access your maps unless you explicitly share them.
How is this different from LoopNet, Crexi, or CoStar?+
Those are listing platforms or data providers. CRE Retail Maps is a visual mapping tool you use to build professional retail maps with real brand logos for your OMs, flyers, and presentations. We complement those tools, we do not replace them. If you need a full offering memorandum, single-property website, or brochure builder (not just the map inside one), our sister product CREBuilder at crebuilder.com handles that layer.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+
We do not offer refunds on partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time before your renewal to avoid future charges. If something goes wrong, email support@creretailmaps.com - we try to make it right.
