How does auto-find nearby businesses work?+
Choose a category - restaurants, banks, grocery, fitness, coffee, pharmacy, and more - and CRE Retail Maps queries the Google Places network to discover every matching business near your property. Results appear on the map with one click, logos attached automatically when available.
Can I upload my own brand logos?+
Our 1,000+ logo library covers most national and regional retail brands. For private-label or independent businesses, the system auto-creates a text container with the business name as a fallback. Custom logo upload for a brokerage library is on the roadmap.
What map styles are available?+
Eight built-in styles: default, light, dark, retro, silver, night, satellite, and terrain. You can also customize highway colors, weights, and opacity, and control visibility of street labels, highway labels, area labels, business labels, transit labels, and water labels independently.
What resolution are exports?+
PDFs export at print-ready resolution using our branded template system. PNGs export up to 4K (3840 x 2160). Both formats are suitable for OMs, flyers, listing presentations, and large-format print.
Can I share maps with a client?+
Yes. Every map has an option to make it publicly viewable via a shareable link, so clients can preview without a CRE Retail Maps account. Most brokers still prefer to export a PDF and attach it to an OM.
Is there a mobile app?+
Not yet. The editor is optimized for desktop browsers where most broker marketing work happens. Viewing shared map links works on mobile.
